About Us

 

Tony CudjoFitness Rx was founded in November of 2004 by Anthony and Sabine Cudjo. The dynamic husband and wife team have over thirty years combined experience in the health and fitness industry.

 

Anthony Cudjo was born in the small town of Shawnee, Oklahoma. Anthony grew up playing sports and has been involved in athletics all of his life. He attended Camron University and Oklahoma Business College. After he was injured playing football at Camron, Anthony decided to pursue other sports like power lifting, bodybuilding and boxing and captured both local and national titles. During Anthony’s quest to live a healthy lifestyle, he has served as a National Motivational Speaker for F.E.W. (Food, Exercise & Water) and ABC Video where he was on the front lines in the battle against obesity.

 

In addition, Anthony has years of experience managing fitness facilities. He was the manager of Gold’s Gym in Lawton, Oklahoma, Ric Flair’s Gold’s Gym in Charlotte, North Carolina and Co-owner/founder of Millennium Health & Fitness Club in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Anthony has been certified by AFPA, F.E.W., ACE, Cooper Clinic and is CPR/AED certified.

 

SabinaSabine Cudjo is a native of Hanau, Germany. Her step-father was in the Army and was stationed back and forth between the United States and Germany until finally settling down in Lawton, Oklahoma. Sabine played basketball and ran track in high school. She has been in the fitness industry for the last ten years. Her resume’ includes Managing Ric Flair’s Gold’s Gym in Charlotte, North Carolina, Co-owner/founder of Millennium Health & Fitness Club in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and General Manager of F.E.W. Fitness for Lady’s in Richmond, Virginia on Ridgefield Parkway. Sabine holds a certification with AFPA and is CPR/AED certified.

 

The couple initially met in high school in Lawton, Oklahoma and reunited while working for Gold’s Gym there. They later moved to Richmond and married in 2001. They have three teenage boys between them and prioritize their family life with their rapidly growing business.

 

The husband and wife team are not only the owners and founders of Fitness Rx, but they are both motivational speakers and hosts of “Faith and Fitness”.

 

They are experts in the fitness field and are well qualified to lecture on numerous fitness related topics, including: Obesity, Weight Management, Resistance Training, Fad Diets, Family Fitness, Goal Setting, Health and Wellness Strategies and Corporate Wellness.

Get Outside! Take some time to engage in an enjoyable recreational activity; take a walk or a bike ride with the kids, do some gardening, or play your favorite sport.
