Studios and classes are popping up in shopping centers and health clubs everywhere. The classes are great for improving flexibility which increases circulation and oxygen intake to improve metabolism. The stretching also elongates muscles and resculpts your body, which will help alleviate aches, pains and tension.
Both yoga and Pilates are conducted one-on-one by appointment so you have hands on instruction. Our experts will help teach you proper form and technique and help you graduate from beginner to intermediate to advanced student.
