What you can expect at Fitness Rx.
Phase 1
Acceptance Interview: We want to get to know you and your goals, at the same time you get to know us and our process.
Evaluate: A comprehensive health and wellness test focusing on 14 vital areas of Health and Wellness.
Prescribe: Custom designed program with your goals in mind and a personalized fitness plan to achieve them.
Phase 2
Step 1
Re- Evaluation: Re-Testing accrues here to monitor and assess your progress towards attaining your goals.
Step 2
New Program Design: At this point a new personalized program prescription is designed to take you to the next level.
Step 3
Action Phase: We continue to move forward towards your health and wellness goals through nutrition, exercise, behavior modification.
Phase 3
Stay the Course: Continue with ACTION of movement
Phase 4
Achievement: Completion of your goal
Maintenance: At this stage a maintenance program will be designed to supplement your ongoing personal commitment to what you’ve accomplished and learned at Fitness Rx.
Get Outside! Take some time to engage in an enjoyable recreational activity; take a walk or a bike ride with the kids, do some gardening, or play your favorite sport.
